Whitfield Court is a freehold building in Fitzrovia, forming part of our holdings in Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street and Whitfield Street. At the time of our acquisition, it formed part of Kings Court. Through major refurbishment, the building was converted into three floors of self-contained office accommodation above retail premises occupied by a Tesco Metro convenience store. The building’s transformation was achieved by reconfiguring an existing fire escape on Whitfield Street into a new entrance and installing a new dedicated passenger lift.
