Estates & Agency Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, E&A Property Investment Company Limited and Estates & Agency Properties Limited, are the main property investment and development companies within the Group.

They have a core holding of high quality central London properties, including freeholds in Piccadilly, Westminster, Fitzrovia, Camden, and in Barking, East London.

The Group’s consistent policy since the 1980’s has been to invest in quality properties in prime locations. No property in the portfolio is regarded as a passive investment. Rather, it is sought to continually improve the portfolio by active management, refurbishment, and redevelopment.

Amongst the Group’s high quality mix of tenants are VF Corporation, Tesco, Hedonism Drinks operating as HIDE Restaurant, Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc, Stonegate Pub Company, Sinclair Pharma, Independent Talent Group, Rymans, Holland & Barrett, Pret a Manger, Le Pain Quotidien, the Cinnamon Club Restaurant, The Gym Group, Roka Restaurant Group and Lilys Kitchen.
