Previously part of the retail unit at 10-16 Goodge Street, Kings Annexe was created after extensive negotiations with Tesco for a surrender and regrant of a lease for a smaller store format they had requested. The new retail unit was completed to an agreed shell specification in March 2024 after collaborative working between the E&A and Tesco teams.
