The Estates & Agency Group is a long established business with a strong track record; delivering growth through a core of desirable and well located property investments together with an eclectic range of other successful property based investments. Though always remaining a property investment and development business we have benefited from using our financial strength and knowledge to invest in areas from automotive retail to IT – wherever value can be added.
The Estates & Agency Group aims to have a stable and safe core of premium property assets which are actively managed in house. However, with its enterprising outlook, it engages in performance and growth-oriented investments in property and non-property sectors.
As a private group, the Estates & Agency Group is able to take a long term view and develop opportunities at the right time; with less than usual regard to the pressures of short-term reporting demanded by outside investors, funds and the market in general. The business is structured to support this with a substantial portfolio of prime property assets – in tandem with and balanced by operations in E&A Strategic Land LLP and E&A Securities Limited.
