Management team

John Rosefield and Stephen Rosefield together bring a Harvard MBA and many years of senior legal and management expertise to apply to the development of a rounded and distinctive business approach in the property sector.

John Rosefield, Chairman – Estates & Agency Group

John has been a director of The Endeavour Company Holdings Limited (and its predecessors) since 1971 and since that time has been key to the management of the businesses that today make up the Estates & Agency Group. He has served as Chairman of Estates & Agency Holdings Plc, of Western Motor Holdings Plc and of Dokimas Group Limited until its sale in 2008.

Before joining the business, John was educated at St Paul’s School, London and gained a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School 1967-69.

John has served as a Director/Trustee of several academic, music and charitable organisations.

Stephen Rosefield, Director– Estates & Agency Group

Stephen has been a non-executive director of the Estates & Agency Group since 1988 and became a part-time executive director in 2004. He has been a full time director since 2008.

Previously, Stephen enjoyed a long and successful legal career. He was a Partner at the leading London commercial law firm, Paisner and Co from 1980 to 1999 and Managing Partner from 1999 to 2001.

Stephen played a key role in the merger to create the new global law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner in 2001, where he was Co- Chairman and Head of Merger Integration until 2002. He went on to head up their successful Property Department until 2004 and combined his role within the Estates & Agency Group with being Deputy Head of the Finance Department until 2007.

Stephen was educated at St Paul’s School, London and gained a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.

Stephen has served as director/trustee of several academic, music and charitable organisations.

Kenneth Loukes, Director – Estates & Agency Group

Ken has been Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Estates & Agency Group since December 1994.

He previously held a similar position in a quoted company in the leisure industry and has considerable experience in all aspects of accounting, both in the UK and Europe, liaising with lawyers, banks and financial institutions and the Stock Exchange.

Ken was educated at The City of London School and is a Fellow of The Association of Certified Accountants.

Roger Gill, Manager – Estates & Agency Group

Roger has a wealth of experience in the property sector, commencing his career as a contract surveyor managing new build schemes. In the 1980s he moved into property management, joining Allied Shoe Repairs in 1980 managing over 250 of their 460 Retail and Shoe repair units. In 1983 Roger joined the Clarke Nicholls and Coombs Group and became the Managing Director of the Property Investment Company known as CNC Properties Ltd managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, office and retail units valued at around £90 million. Roger joined Estates & Agency Holdings in 1991 and has overseen the management of the portfolio for over 20 years.

85 Piccadilly is one of London’s most prestigious addresses. The street is home to The Ritz Hotel, The Royal Academy, Fortnum and Mason and the Japanese Embassy, and the property itself overlooks Green Park. This has been in the Estates & Agency Group portfolio since the Company was acquired and forms a central holding within the business.
